You did fuckin' amazing job with the MS-DOS color palette. It genuinely looks authentic.
I also really love the almost-chrome-like texture of the logo. Wonderful stuff.

I'd suggest making the snout just a tad bit shorter. He kinda looks like a rat.
Other than that, it looks pretty alright.
